Hi Rich,The 'Is Direct Transition' filter is usually used to determine if a Fast Track should be put into the model. I would advise against using this filter because this would mean you're only evaluating those leads that traveled directly from a specific stage and could eliminate multi-stage leads....
Hi Marcel,Are you thinking of creating a Salesforce Custom Object where the Marketo's Sync User updates/changes are stored? If so, I would avoid doing this mainly because Marketo cannot write to a Salesforce Custom Object. The Marketo Sync User updates should really only be visible to the sales team...
Hi Tim,One large Marketo customer is based in Russia and the final decision that was made between the two legal teams was that Marketo was being used for 'Marketing Purposes' and not to house personal data. Definitely a grey area but there were at least 3 other customers who targeted leads in Russia...
Well said, Cathal. After being in well over 500 customer instances, the most common mistake I saw was not setting up Program Success which is really unfortunate when it comes time to try and recognize revenue attribution.Good luck on your next step!

Hi Joseph,So you did Edit Draft > View By Lead > Selected Lead's Email Address? If that is what you did and it is not rendering, then I suggest sending a sample email to yourself with the same lead details. If the sample email is blank as well then I would suggest trying another lead.
