Hi Mike,Do you have multiple test records with your email address? Maybe you're sending it to a record without a First or Last name in the Lead Record? To be sure this is working, you can use Dory's suggestion to test it, and you can try creating a brand new lead with an email address you've never u...
Hi Dory,I think you're right. I've spoken to some of my co-workers and they had the same thought. The logic makes sense in a computer mind's logic sort of way.John
Hi Marisa,Setting the campaign to allow them through only one time will make it so they only get scored on one link in one email, ever.If you want to have them scored once per link/email, then you would need to have one campaign per email. There isn't any way to have a broad smart list like Clicks ...
Hi Evan,I don't think this is possible. The Get Lead Activities does allow a filter of List Id, but that means your lead would have to be the only member of a static list. If it's only for one or two leads this could work, but it seems like it would be a lot of work for very many more than that.Jo...
Hi Jennifer,If the logic to check whether they had filled out the form is in your smart list, then once the campaign runs and they enter the wait step they will not be checked against that logic again. What you could do instead is add a choice to your Send Email flow step. If some have received the first, and some the second, then it would send each lead the next email in line. It'...
Some businesses using Marketo find it necessary to use multiple domains in their instance. This allows them to have some of their landing pages branded with one product or division within their business, or even another company name altogether. As long as you control both of the domains you want t...
You're welcome!1. Yes, one campaign, once activated, would work for any form fill out in your instance, no matter where the form lives, in Design Studio or an program.2 No, you wouldn't need the custom field on your forms because the trigger campaign would capture the name of the form and populate...
Correct, but you'll need to set that custom field up on all of your forms, now and in the future, if you want it to populate for all of them that way.The campaign will populate it for you without having to put the field on every form.
You're right about the custom field being a string. The issue with trying to track all of the forms a lead has filled out, is that you can't really do this simply with a single field. The method I'm describing would give you the most recent form they filled out, and all of the rest of the form fill ...
