I don't put leads without emails into Marketo, I feel it's bad data. If they look to be good leads, maybe you put them into SFDC and have reps follow-up and get email addresses so they can sync over.
Quick question - SFDC admins don't enable the Send w Marketo button on which tab? My Marketo or Contacts/Leads tabs?

Normally this happens when "active" isn't checked, as Cathal says above. It may have just needed time to sync, too.
Great! And as a tip while you're still sorting these out, I suggest checking this report on a regular basis to make sure the leads are showing acquisition programs. Happy Friday!
I would recommend pulling a smart list - Acquisition program is empty. Do they use SFDC? They should be able to see any activity history log through MSI.
Sorry, I don't really understand the question. You can A/B test subject lines for any number of emails.
