Is it possible to A/B test 4 emails' subject lines at the same time?

I have 4 emails that go out 7 days apart is it possible to add them all to A/B test two different subject lines?

Sorry, I don't really understand the question. You can A/B test subject lines for any number of emails.

You should be able to just add a new test to each of the emails where you'd like to test the subject line. Here's some more information on champion/challenger tests if you're doing this in a standard campaign. If you're doing this in email programs, then you can set the A/B test up in the program.
