Hey Kristen,Really it's your preferrence... It's different for each industry and line of business as to what works better and for which emails.I'd recommend A/B testing it for a while and then declaring a champion. You can A/B test from ppl easily now in Marketo.Kim

Hey Ethan,I know when Marketo first released this feature there was a glitch in how it was pulling iOS #s. I believe they fixed it, I'd like to know the answer to this too.

They wouldn't sync because that whole sync is around email address. When this is populated, they should sync over at that time. This is why I wouldn't put into Marketo, they wouldn't be visible to reps bc they wouldn't sync to the CRM without an email address.As for pre-qualifying... I agree. So if ...
