As @ravi noted this is down to the validation rules in your org.
I believe it tracks mentions etc from content shared via Marketo social buttons and campaigns (or Facebook pages). If you want deeper ways to link then it would need to be via webhook and/or third party.
Not directly no but you could do this via Webhooks and / or third party integration.
As noted: You can simply drag a form field to the next field and you will get the top, right, bottom, left orange arrows to display a form horizontally (I would however not that this is NOT normally good practice to make a form go horizontal!)
Yep, you can access this information via the API but you will need to build your own iteration process and also be wary of the API Limits - which unless checked / catered for with large amounts of data you will burn through very quickly. Every customer of Marketo has a total limit of 10,000 API cal...
Exactly what Sanford noted - the answer is no. Unfortunately email marketing is still operating in the dark ages but even with this - it wouldn't be practical to let someone choose for a number of reasons - security and / or variety of potential clients.

I agree with Josh on that I think you need to look at rolling your own JS to track views - UTM's are **NOT** designed for tracking anything other then entry and or clicks attributed to the campaign you use them originally for - anything after the initialing landing leads to homegrown JS deployments ...
