Exactly what Sanford noted - the answer is no. Unfortunately email marketing is still operating in the dark ages but even with this - it wouldn't be practical to let someone choose for a number of reasons - security and / or variety of potential clients.

I agree with Josh on that I think you need to look at rolling your own JS to track views - UTM's are **NOT** designed for tracking anything other then entry and or clicks attributed to the campaign you use them originally for - anything after the initialing landing leads to homegrown JS deployments ...
There are no doubt several ways to get this:- Use native functionality such as SFDC Type - SFDC Created date (could be a false positive)- Create a custom field in Marketo to note if it was / is synced. It's fairly easy to get a lead/contact ID added to an object.N

Lookup fields (from SFDC) will come through as the ID unless you create a field with the text equivalent from that ID.
