Huh. I don't have a solution for this (sorry!) but I definitely have the same issue. I always just assumed it was excel being funky. Will be interested to hear whether there's a solution for this, it is a bit irritating.
This shouldn't happen unless you are overwriting the specific fields that control these definitions, OR there is a smart campaign within Marketo that updates those values upon a change that you incite by importing. Have you had this issue before when importing lists?

Hey Ryan,Can't be sure without seeing your code, but in my personal experience this is usually controlled by a javascript timeout. If you're able to find this in your code, it's likely to be what's causing it.

Hey John,Technically, yes you can. It's just a question of whether your email template is designed to allow this. But you can absolutely achieve this with html/css.
