If you have segmentation set up for these key demographics, you can add "Group by Segmentation" in the set up of an email performance report to show some of these details

Hey Nicki,Email link performance reports can't be manipulated to show the detail of each individual lead who clicked each individual link. You can achieve this with smart lists, using "Clicked on email, email is X, link is/contains Y" rules.
