Hi Mary,I'm assuming this might have been sorted already, but it was most likely due to the tracking link issues at the end of last week. We had exactly the same problem, but it was addressed with the fix put in place by Marketo. Not sure if that helps...?

We have now done further post-call testing at the request of Marketo Support, with no apparent issues found around the permissions in Facebook. Support are now reconvening to continue their investigations... I will keep you posted. 🙂
