We have the same issue. It would be awesome if we could add filters to each piece of content (rather than having to use programs in the stream at all), and people who don't qualify just jump to the next piece of content. I assume that - when deciding whether someone has already been sent a given pie...
We have non-time-sensitive content in our engagement programs, just reschedule the casts to skip a week when our newsletter is supposed to go out. It's not as automated as I'd like it to be but it's worked well. I strongly advise against ever using an engagement program to send time-sensitive conten...
You only want to AB test in the first send, right?I would do the AB test using the email program, and then create smart campaigns in the program to do the later sends.
We deployed Full Circle CRM in August, very happy with it so far. It does take a lot of interdepartmental admin work to set it up - which is part of what I liked about it. In my opinion, anyone who claims to solve those kinds of problems with an out-of-the-box solution is misleading you or lying to ...

You can not test this using a sample email.2. I'm guessing you already know this, but to be certain: the test le...
Hi Ryan,As far as I'm aware Marketo can only email the primary, standard Email Address field, which only syncs with the standard Email field in Salesforce. I don't believe it allows you to sync the Email Address field in Marketo to a custom Salesforce field, nor does it allow you to select a custom ...
Do you simply want to block certain records that are already in Salesforce from syncing down to Marketo?
Seems like a really bad idea without knowing your reasoning:1. You want to adjust your marketing practices based on where the lead/contact is in the pipeline (are they already in touch with Sales? Are they attached to an opportunity? Have they since become a customer?)2. Apart from causing a negativ...
