Hi Michelle,Could you further describe the structure of the field in SFDC? Marketo should just be pulling the value from the field in SFDC whenever it updates. What is it's field type?
I'd make sure your sharing rules and role heirarchy in SFDC are such that the sync user can see all of them. If you just enabled the sync and have a lot of records in SFDC, it could also just take a while for them to all come down.
are there script tags anywhere in the new HTML? I've seen that cause this behavior before.
Hi David,It sounds like you should be able to do this with transition rules in the stream itself. Just click the cog at the top of the stream and click Edit Transition Rules.
