I would just give them a separate list. If you want to add them into the same list as the other 100k, you can, but then you could also add them to a different list for tracking purposes. The same leads would then be in both the larger list and the smaller list.
I suspect the reasoning for this part of the act is the challenge of knowing whether or not two separate email addresses are associated with the same inbox.
