You can migrate the emails into a default program if you wanted and deploy them via a smart campaign. You would then be able to use the results tab of the smart campaign if needed.

Michael,The results tab does not exist within nurture programs. If you need to know which leads performed certain actions then smartlists are going to be the only way to do this within the nurture programs.
