Admittedly I don't use the GTW integration, I use On24. Did you make sure you had no duplicates in your original spreadsheet? And did you try refreshing both the members tab and the program summary tab?

Most of my post-submit data changes utilize tokens. I find this process a little easier for when I copy programs and I can tab into the tokens portion and update the fields there. All you've got to do is set a {{my.Lead Source}} token, then drop that into a "Change Data Value" flow action.
I tested the SFDC option by creating a lead without an email address, but it still synced down to Marketo without any action taken. Does anyone know why?
