My guess is there's no good answer to this question, but here's what I'm looking for: I'd like to know the first time a lead actually engaged with our company -- meaning they filled out a form, had some kind of interesting moment, etc.I don't have any fields set up to record this information, and na...
This is exactly the use case -- simply alerting our sales team to anonymous web activity by their accounts. Thanks!
I know there were significant changes to anonymous lead tracking several months ago, but I was wondering if it's still possible to trigger a smart campaign based off anonymous inferred companies. So essentially if an anonymous lead whose IP is inferred as ACME Co hits our website, we can trigger a s...
Marketo has an add-on that you can discuss with your rep -- I've never used it and when I reviewed it, it didn't seem that great. There's a cheaper alternative called emailonacid.com also that isn't as pricey as Litmus. Personally I really like Litmus not only for the client rendering but the spam c...
Thanks Grégoire -- it turns out it was the trigger vs batch issue that Dan pointed out that caused the test to not work. Thanks for the help!
Dan Stevens That's why my test wasn't working -- I was just trying to run a batch to try it out. I changed it to a trigger and it worked. Thanks!

Is it possible to include the Lead Owner AND the Account Owner on the same alert? The drop down only gives options for one or the other -- and the problem with doing two separate alerts is it's two separate emails. Ideally, they could be on the same email thread. My other thought was whether or not t...
Most all of my programs in Marketo are synced to a corresponding SFDC campaign. Normally this is great... but I also have some triggered programs that are activated by changes in program statuses (example: webinar attendee alerts are sent to sales when ANY webinar program's status changes to Attende...
I just tested it again and it works. Make sure that when Litmus gives you the tracking code, you're replacing every reference of {{lead.Email Address}} with ${lead.Email} -- and also make sure that you've checked the box next to the Email Address field in the objects list when creating the email scr...
