Neil, I'm curious what you mean by "anagrammatically work this out"? We have a client situation where this same question is important (and Josh Hill, in our case we'd want to know if it was done through the UI). This seems like a basic requirement for creating a sync framework for a non-standard CR...
Thanks Mike. Having that future documentation will be helpful for thecommunity. On Thu, Aug 18, 2016 at 10:54 AM, Mike Reynolds
Mike Reynolds This same issue recently came up at a client of ours. Is there documentation somewhere on which fields that "Marketo owns" and are treated differently than the expected bi-directional sync?
Greg, that's brilliant. Thank you!Since the email assets already live in a now-to-be-unused engagement campaign, I may add a flow step to each SC to move leads through 8 empty streams to make tracking easier of where people are in the process (unless that messes anything up).
The client gave what seemed like simple instructions for an 8-email engagement program (16 possible emails in total, each having a re-send if no action taken): "[8] emails delivered in sequence, once per week. If person clicks, they receive the next email the following day."After days of puzzling ov...
Thanks Heather! I think our client's need to scale this high has been postponed for a while.
One of our clients asked the following in our local MUG discussion area:"Currently, [we have] a Marketo database of about 500,000 B2B leads, but later this year we're launching B2C products. We currently have a B2C user base of about 5 million to whom we don't marketing directly. That's changing, an...
Well, in the realm of attempting to answer my own question out of necessity, I discovered that (with some manual intervention), one can get pretty close to the desired functionality by aligning two spreadsheets worth of exported info from Marketo:1. A Campaign Activity report (which has a Last Activ...
Josh, thanks for the Members by Week idea. For the particular client that got me thinking about this, they have 221 active campaigns, some more than 5 years old. So an at-a-glance look at which of those have been associated with recent activity would be super helpful.
Is there any way to get the Campaign Inspector (an excellent treasure chest addition, btw!) to also show Last Activity -- and not just Last Updated? This would be super helpful for better managing an instance with a long history.Thanks.Robert
