This may be a complicated question. I realize that Marketo got rid of LinkedIn Social Form Fill due to some changes in LinkedIn's terms. However, LinkedIn still offers an Autofill plugin as part of their Marketing solutions. It's worth noting, though, this does require being "whitelisted" by a Link...
There is currently no way to do this, but there are multiple ideas that have addressed this, and I feel I heard recently that this feature is on Marketo's short term roadmap.
