    Yes if you run Text Only emails as a separate campaign.No if you send regular emails. The problem is that tracking Opens is done via a 1px graphic inserted by Marketo at run time.     Bec,This isn't currently available. Check the Ideas section to see if that Idea has been posted already.In my Marketo Guide, I suggest a way to do this using the Email Link Performance report. Just select the email in question, run the report, and create your heat map using the click counts.

    You may also want to monitor the number of emails you are sending and the targets for list exhaustion.Support should fix the issue you mentioned and if they don't, tell them to so you have accurate data.
