You could reach out to Pedowitz or LeadLizard. I don't know of any consultants based on Minneapolis. Lovely place 🙂
You can see the total number of leads waiting, overall. You should be able to do this by going to the Campaign Activity Report, selecting the campaign(s) desired, and then running the report. I thought there was a way to watch which Wait Step they are in. I'm not sure since I don't have one running...
It depends greatly on how you've setup the Lead Owner on SFDC or in Marketo. If you have one owner, then bgomes is right, that handles it. But you have multiple "owners" and it depends on how those fields are setup. So if you have Lead Owner (top owner in SFDC) and sub-owners, like Lead Owner 2, Lea...
If you have a high volume of emails and can afford the single IP, then you should do it. I believe Marketo was charging $4000/yr, but that was a couple of years ago. Yes, you can do this. There are 4 "original" fields you can look for. Original Search Phrase is the one you need. Assuming that the lead is not logged into SSL google, then the phrase will appear here. You can then setup a score flow like so: SmartList: Original Search Phrase CONTAINS/IS/STARTS WIT...
IT needs to setup 301 redirects from the OLD pages to your NEW Marketo pages. Alternatively they can do this for the entire OLD subdomain. You cannot use Marketo's redirect rules engine to do this for non marketo pages.
Erik is right on his approach. You can also use a sister smart campaign to "Remove from Flow" any leads still in the old camapaign.
