Itay is correct.Whenever you connect a Program to an SFDC Campaign, it auto syncs ALL leads who become Members of that Program at ANY status.Personally, I am fine with this, but if you aren't using SFDC Qs, then it could be an issue to sync all leads.

You can edit an existing template to do this, but it can be a bit tricky as all existing emails will go into Approved with Draft. They may have recently fixed some of the problems around this though.The better way is to clone the template, then add the HTML code required. Be sure to upload the image...

this is triggered when a new lead enters the system from a LP attached to that Program. The other way is to set Acquisition Program during the import process--only set for new leads though.

Yes. Anyone who is logged into SSL google will not send over their keywords.There are a couple of threads on how you might get around some of it. Not a 100% solution though.
