You would need to use a choice method or javascript and have all of the zip codes and cities. I believe there are services that can do this for you.

yes, there is some javascript available for Forms 1.0.Forms 2.0 has an option to disable "pre-fill"

I like camtasia. It's fairly intuitive even for non AV geeks.It's best to have a script if you're doing a big demo for your site though. Make sure to record in HD if you can.

API access is available for Select and Above. I believe you have an edition that does not permit access, such as Spark.
