Amy is correct.Exhausted means they will receive the next Cast IF you add more content.Paused is an explicit condition - you need to run the flow step Change Engagement Cadence = Paused to make this happen.
Charlie has that correct. Review that limitation in your CRM, but you can usually see it if you pull the field into a Form 2.0 and it will display the Char limit.

Jason, this does not appear to be working right for me and it's been a month since the release.
You can also just remove "Selected" from the regular select editor. That removes "Select"

look up the iFrame solution.You just create a form, put it on a blank marketo page, centered or placed properly.Then use iFrame to pull in that marketo page on your site.You do lose some of the progressive/fill in functionality.
