I don't think you can do this from Marketo.You could share the SFDC Campaign list through an SFDC report, which is what I always do with Sales. Interesting Idea. See if it is already in the Idea list and add it.

Yeah, that could work. The SFDC Admin isn't keen on doing the Apex code to make this work, so I was hoping for a different option.

Just put the checkbox or field in SFDC first and it will sync to Marketo. if you prefer to only worry about syncing from Marketo > SFDC, then you can make a custom Marketo field (which won't sync to SFDC).
