But fundamentally the connection between the two tools is fairly simple - just another database sending data to Marketo - so I'm not too worried...

It's always been a little off for me on occasion using Firefox. Links won't open, I can't seem to rate anything and the profile is very slow. But it almost has completely stopped working in Firefox this week. Nothing in my profile opens or is clickable for example.

We are currently implementing Gainsight with Marketo/Salesforce which has a survey tool.
