Hi Chad - I think I understand what you are asking here so apologies if I'm not! We do not move people back in engagement streams, just down different paths. Because they have demonstrated interest, I'd treat them differently for a good long while. The path could focus on their "engagement" then ...
Thanks, Josh! Support is helpful to a degree but takes ages to figure out issues as no one at Marketo seems to know much about the Webex sync. Meanwhile, our production process grinds to a halt. I'll give GTW and ON24 a look.
Hi all - we've been experiencing considerable problems with our Webex/Marketo connection over the past year. We looked at Digesto but it was missing a few key features and ended up having a 3rd party build us a workable custom solution. Happy to walk you through our process if...
We use webex which syncs up with Marketo very nicely. We set up the webinar basics in webex - title, time, duration, etc - go into Marketo, build the program and emails and connect our Marketo program with the webex basics. Our flow is move "registrants" to pending. We go through and approve or r...
Hi Jodie,Not sure if this would be helpful but we put every "registrant" to our webinars to pending and then manually go in and select registered or rejected depending on the lead. This gives us total control over attendees. Yes it's manual but we've grown accustomed to looking for good vs. bad le...
