We are implementing Cloudingo on the SF side to reduce the incidence of duplicates. One issue we are seeing is the Cloudingo agent consuming resources that result in sync errors. We aren't getting a lot of help from Cloudingo figuring out how to avoid this, although they acknowledge it happens. Ha...
Christmas Tree Day - The day after thanksgiving we pack the leftovers into a picnic, head for the mountains and find our Christmas tree.
This gets viewed often, so I thought to circle back and post that we have moved away from the "always recalculating normalizing score" to the cumulative score that caps interest scoring and degrades score for inactivity. Our sales folks are thrilled. We think this will have a most positive impact ...
We recently learned that the use of SFDC Type in segmentations is not supported. We have discovered segmentations rely on data value changes in order to move from one segment to another within a segmentation. Therefore segments built that call on sfdc type are only correct when they are first buil...
No... It means that every time scorable data values change - it triggers the lead to be completely rescored. (e.g. Visits website, triggers a set of 10 interest campaigns to run). The scoring campaigns are all based on activity within the most recent 30 days. Maybe this is not often used. The...

Once installed, they will be editing existing accounts and by extension the associated contacts. The good news is t...
We have been using a normalized lead scoring system whereby changes in scorable data values initiative the lead to run through the set of scoring campaigns. It has a lot of pluses, but a major downside is that it creates loads of scoring entries into the activity record making it complicated for s...
I have a similar challenge, for a given set of leads - not all of them and need to "hide" those leads from Marketo for a very short period of time. Is there a way to make this work in only a particular use case and for only a specified period of time? Thanks in advance for your thoughts.
I am not an expert, but we just made a pretty major change to our model. We cloned the existing model, made the changes, then built some campaigns to level set leads to the new proper place, then turned on the new model. We archived the old one so as to 'document' last year's plan.
