Hi Jon,I think you mean to say Member of List "Not in" rather than "in" in Flow step 1. Otherwise, looks good.Denise
Hi Heather,You could have the campaign that adds people to the list wait 90 days and then send the email.I.e., your flow would be:1) Add to List2) Wait 90 days3) Send emailHowever, I agree with Sandy that the 90 day time period is potentially problematic because that's when the Added to List activit...
Good point on the embedded form, Sandy!
Hi Jennifer,I'm not so sure this is a great idea because someone may download the content and forget where they placed it and use your web site as an easy place to find it again. Plus you don't want to cause ill-will.Having said that, are you trying to prevent someone from filling out the same form ...
Hi Guillaume,Why the two lists for "Madame" vs "First Name"? If the "Madame" list is for people whose first name you don't know, there is a much simpler way to implement that doesn't require lists at all. Simply use "Madame" as the default value in the token. If that was the case, maybe the user gets 2 emails."Sanford is right. However, it seems like you could minimize this possibility by adding the choice to ...
Hi Stephanie,I assume the reason you don't want to use wait steps is that you have people who already have the trial and you need to send each of them the emails 20 days after the trial completes. Unless I'm missing something, I think my solution (above) would work for you - just run it as a recurri...
Hi Dianna,Ash is right. Pausing people in the Engagement who are already in the flow of that Smart Campaign won't stop them. This is an unusual setup. Here's what I would do:1) Deactivate the Program in the stream.2) Create and run a smart campaign that removes from flow anyone in that Smart Campaig...
Hi Dianna -As a couple of us have now said, what you need to do is pause the people whom you want to stop sending to. In other words, create smart campaign where the smart list includes the people you don't want to send to and in the flow, put this (where my program name is blacked out in the screen...
