Hi Brienne,Normally, if you set it up with a form that has the "unsubscribe" field as a hidden field and you setup the unsubscribe link as explained above, you do not need the smart campaign.-Greg

More globally, using transition rules is not best practice. Too limited, hard to audit and debug.We prefer to use smart campaigns for all stream changes.And also, most of the time, triggers are not necessary here. Filters (daily batch) are good enough and preserve your instance performance.-Greg
