Roxann, this may be how Marketo systematically decides to use this field, but it certainly doesn't make sense in the UI to marketers. Can you open a bug report or push this back to engineering to request that it be changed? If marketers are the ones using the "Marketing Suspended" field, then market...

Hey Geoff, you could also have a hidden field on your form that is named something random and if it gets filled out (by a robot) then you would have a campaign that triggers to mark them as junk or delete them.

There's definitely not enough information on this and also how it works and how important it is to have your leads move through it organically versus using smart campaigns to move them.
