We wouldn't want to necessarily sync that information to SFDC especially since we try not to put operational issues into Interesting moments since we tokenize them into MQL alerts.
I'm actually shocked to find out this is the default that those files are indexed. For a business that is built on gated content for leads, this is a HUGE oversight.
Essentially the answer is this is by design according to Marketo.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean in your first sentence. Basically when someone fills out any form, we want the details in the interesting moment. So we use the token {{trigger.Web Page}} in the flow detail, but it's not always populating. Just sometimes.
