On a side note, I highly recommend testing your emails as a recipient to ensure you're testing real-world scenarios and not defaults prior to launching a campaign. You can do this by previewing the email as a recipient and/or sending yourself a test as that person(s).

I hear ya. We don't do many managed in-person events, so it wasn't as much of a loss for us. For the few that we do, though, we resorted back to an excel sheet (shhhh don't tell anyone!) that we upload into Marketo afterwards.
No advice, just here to say we've run into the same issues. We unfortunately ended up abandoning the check-in app for high-volume events because it was holding people up.Check in with your CSM if you haven't yet and make sure to give your feedback to them.
Hey Dan Roth - Can you add screenshots of your smart list and flow steps? I have a feeling your qualifying trigger in your smart list is what's prohibiting you reaching the people you missed, and you may need to create a batch campaign to catch up. But screenshots would definitely help here.
If you're not willing to change the naming convention of your programs, you may want to either: Use Revenue Explorer to include the program channel on your report, assuming your channels reflect the additional parameters you need to include, or.. Set up separate reports for each of these suffix...
What type of a report are you using to see this click detail? It sounds basic, but make sure you've also refreshed the report - we've seen different email metrics between coworkers looking at the same report due to this.
