Thank you Srujan. This is good to know. I was not aware there is a huge competition from India and Philippines. She is working on her Marketo certificate. Any thoughts which area she should focus on to stand out such as Reporting, Smart Campaign, Building landing page/forms or event programs?

If the PDF link is going to be the main CTA in your email, I'll highly encourage you to send the users to a landing page to download the PDF instead of a pdf link in your email directly.
