Can you tell me if the Open Rate and the Click-to-Open rate are for unique leads or is it cumulative over a given period of time?Also why would the "total delivered" be higher than the "Total Sent"Thank you

Thank you Joshua,In terms of defining all mobile devices that opened would you say it's the total opens less the "Desktop" device?I'm just unclear what the definitions for all of the Drivers that show up in the Email Insights report.Thank you.
