Can you try and change the date in Marketo to 23/08/2018 and not in American date format.

The test itself will be over as soon as it was sent to the whole number of people you decided ( 10%, 20%, etc..). Once the A/B test is over, Marketo can automatically send the winning email at the scheduled time, or you can review the results and decide which email goes out when manually.
