Followups to your points:
I see what you mean about the "Test View"; however, in my case I am pretty sure I am already receiving all of the data for two reasons:
1st being if I click the "Test View" I don't see the option to select "send test" + "send winner".
if I look at the numbers compared to the email performance report all other numbers are very close to being the same, such as the # delivered is off by only one. So I feel I am getting the correct send information there.
I see now about the timeframe for the dashboard being set to 3 days. Is there a way to make the Test View be longer? I believe this is the issue now that you brought it to my attention.... I can at least click the "None" view in the drop down on "Test View". This then shows me the exact same data as I am receiving in the "Email Performance Report"; however, I cannot see it for each subject line...

Hello, I am seeing differing numbers in the reporting of Unsubscribes between two ways of reporting on emails.
Option #1 - We used Email Performance report to look at the metrics. If you look at the Number of Unsubscribes for the email sent on July 14th the # of unsubscribes is 65.

Option #2 - We used Email Insights & then clicked Sends to view results of the same email, which had a subject line test. If you look here there are only 39 unsubscribes reported.

Any idea where there is a discrepancy? Only idea I have is that the Email Performance report records how many people click the ubsubscribe button in the actual email. But then the Email Insights report only records people that actually went through with unsubscribing. Any idea on if that is true or which other scenario it is?
