Hi, I also checked the web page and it looks the same, and I'm using the same version as you.It might be a problem in your "Document Mode" of IE. Press F12 to enter it, and check if it's set for your IE version (On the right side of the bar).

There is a backdoor way to use pdf in email:1. Upload the pdf file to your 'Images and Files" folder in Marketo design center.2. the pdf will get a url (see picture below). copy it.3. Create your email with cta button, pointing at the pdf's url. Click on the link will open the pdf file immediately....

Hi,For start, you can make a random check on the activity log of some of the leads and check if there is "email sent" line. Check on some people that told you they haven't got the mail, and on some leads you don't know. If there is no "email send" line, the best guess is that it wasn't sent.
