I agree with Courtney, the only advantage is that you can find it in one place (Marketo) instead of looking around

In some cases, I've seen foreign language letters that became question marks when imported lists from Excel.Have you seen that as well?My best solution was to use Google Spreadsheet, but I think it's too tedious, any other ideas how to solve this?

Check if it's related to using the wrong url in terms of http vs https.I had a similar issue and changing http to https fixed it
