    I'm wondering what happens to a lead score if they are already at 0 and they perform a behavior that decreases the score. Would the overall score go negative or remain at 0?

    Hi Chandler, I know you posted this question a long time ago, but did you find a solution to stay compliant with FINRA? We are regulated by the SEC, so we also need to keep a record of email history and recipients, but have not found a good solution yet.

    Thanks for your answer Geoff!Do you suggest editing the HTML of the rich text box or adding an HTML box on the landing page edit screen? Or is it something you would add into the landing page template HTML?I'm not very familiar with HTML or CSS.

    Hi Stephanie,I ended up contacting Marketo support and they told me it basically means that the server we were trying to deliver to was not accepting emails at the time and so it "soft bounced" it. Marketo continues to try again after the first attempt about an hour later, then about two hours later...

    Have the January Updates been released yet? It's almost February, and I don't see the mobile landing page option yet. I just wasn't sure if I need to do something to see the updates or if they haven't taken place yet.
