Thank you Sanford. This worked beautifully. The margin between the email input and the check box is still pretty small and I tried increasing the margin-top number to 10px, but it didn't seem to make a difference. Either way, this will work better than before.Thank you!

Wintha - You are so right! I was over-complicating the situation. It doesn't matter which progression status they are in, just that they continue getting the email at least 30 days later so I'll set once every 30 days and that should do it. Thank you!
