You might want to create a Smart List or an Interesting Moment that says, "Clicked Link in Email, Email Is Any, Link Contains .pdf". Marketo doesn't track PDF views, only clicks to PDFs, so creating a trigger with an IM or a Smart List could help give you a more comprehensive view of who's clicking ...
That should work! It just gets messy as you have to keep adding more and more title variations, which is why I suggest roles, but it's definitely not necessary. You wouldn't need to schedule the campaign to run daily because it's a trigger, so it'll only run when someone qualifies. You're right, thou...
Ideally, I'd do this based on role as opposed to title, since titles can change frequently but actually not mean very much That said, that's not always possible due to the way everyone sets up their individual CRMs. You could create the roles in Marketo and filter people into those roles with smart ...
This sounds like a job for either a subscription center, a triggered Smart Campaign that updates their subscription based on the landing page where they completed the form, or the need to add checkboxes to each form designating which communications they'd like to receive. I most likely would NOT go ...
Are you able to tell if the forms actually submitted? I'd check the two missing registrants' activity history to make sure they properly submitted the form (and there weren't any errors). There is some various history regarding Marketo Forms 2.0 and Internet Explorer, but I haven't heard of the forms...
You could trigger an Interesting Moment when certain links are clicked, which shows up in MSI.For example, "If the link clicked in this email contains INFORMATION.PDF, then create an IM that says Lead Viewed Corporate Information Brochure."If you're not using MSI, you could have them added to an SFD...
I heard back from Zapier support later on Friday afternoon and they said this is a known issue with EventBrite at the moment and their dev team is working on it. They didn't say how long it would last, but I suppose I'm glad I started fiddling with it a month before the email invitation needs to go ...
Anyone else use EventBrite and Zapier to sync registrants over to Marketo? My trigger was working yesterday when I tested it, but it's no longer recognizing new registrants to my event. I've tried setting up another zap, reconnecting EB, etc, but no luck. It still only pulls my old (deleted) test ema...
As far as I'm aware, Marketo doesn't have this native functionality, so it would most likely have to be coded. However, this can easily be done with Uberflip and perhaps SlideShare has something similar (I've used both for something like this in the past). I know you wanted to keep it in Marketo, th...
I think this has been mentioned in the Email 2.0 thread. There may be an update/explanation there already: Email Editor 2.0 is here!!!ETA: I think it's the webinar token they were referring to, but might be the same problem?
