@Benjinc ,if both records are in SFDC, then you'll need to merge them in SFDC. If one records is in SFDC and one in Marketo, you'll need to make the SFDC record is the one that is retained (although I thought Marketo did that automatically). RegardsJo

@kiruthika_s ,you need to consider what forms of input you want the dedupe on. Support can activate it on all, or just some (i.e. forms, API, list import etc). Getting it wrong can cause all kinds of problems down the road. CheersJo
