Once you enter your form, click the Schedule tab and then number of leads.
Try using the Filter "Filled out Form" instead of the Trigger. The Filter will show you in the past who has filled out the form. The Trigger is an action that is made whenever the lead completes that certain action going forward. Read more here.
Sounds like a good Idea for the Marketo dev team. Have you created a smart campaign with a filter "Filled Out Form" to see who filled out the form?
As far as I know, everything in your spreadsheet gets imported but only to that list - it doesn't mix with your Lead Database in Marketo. You must have an email address column and I believe the other columns can be used as tokens within the email.
Are you copying and pasting the copy from Word or another source? Have you tried to make the copy plain text before copying into Marketo?I've run into this a couple of times, Priscilla. I haven't found a work-around except to add my own numbers and put in my own indentions.
Hi Tad,If your going to use the landing pages in multiple programs, put them in the Design Studio (but either will work). Once you add the form and approve the landing page, copy the link and paste it to your website.
Hi Todd,I don't use this option often but I do when I want to send an email to people in a different segment of our business that aren't necessarily leads. After the email send, I delete these names. It doesn't make sense to have them in Marketo since we don't email these people often (once a year) ...

Haven't figured out a way to do this in bulk, yet. We go to individual leads to view their "Web" only Activity Log to analyze patterns. RTP will automatically recommend content based on similar paths leads have taken on your website previously.
