I've been pretty happy with NetProspex. I've been working with them for about six months and they have a great support team and the data has been accurate. They also have a Marketo Connector which updates data instantly based on form completions.
I'm experiencing a big lag now while trying to run a (not very complicated) Smart Campaign.
I agree with Dory - a registration is a success. They've spent time to fill out a form. I know I've registered for a webinar with no intention of attending but I still want the recording, re-cap, and/or slides of the presentation after the webinar.
Have you used "SFDC Type" = "Contact"?
I'm not experiencing an issue with speed - I'm using Chrome vs. 39.
You should be able to set up a Smart Campaign with a filter "Is Anonymous" = "True" and the Flow would be "Delete from Marketo." I think this would give you what you're looking for.
I have come across it a couple of times but haven't figured out a work-around except to include the Task type in the Subject line of the Task. You might be able to create a Workflow rule based on unique values in the Subject line but I'm not sure.
Is there a specific title or level you'd like to send the email to? I don't *think* there's a way to do this...at least easily. If you don't make any Marketo campaigns available in MSI then this action can't be used from the CRM anyway.
You don't have to choose a specific list to send an email to. You can send an email based on certain criteria. For example, in the Smart List of a Smart Campaign drag in a Filter for Industry and select Apparel to send an email to all leads with Apparel in that field. Think of what all your leads ha...
