Hi Venus,I set my smart list up in the opposite manner and it so far has seemed to catch everyone I've spot checked:Trigger: Clicks link in email is "abc.com"Visited webpage is "abc.com" in timeframe Today
Thank you for the thoughtful response Christina. When I logged into Salesloft, I was shocked to find that there were no unsubscribe rates. Then, I went to their site and found that there wasn't even an option to unsubscribe! I am planning to use the unsubscribe link, but I always appreciate the pers...
Hi All,I'm looking to get your take on unsubscribe links in outbound email cadences. Currently, our sales reps are using a system called Salesloft and send out emails to prospects in groups of 200 or so. The Salesloft website states that since emails are sent directly from your email server, they do...
I have also experienced the behavior Sandy described. In fact, I sent a bunch of test emails from MSI to dummy hotmail and outlook accounts I created and never clicked or opened the emails yet it recorded a click in the MSI tab in SFDC.

Before adding the constraint, I ha...

I have some campaigns set up similar to the ones Venus is describing so I'm wanting to understand the scenarios in which this will not work...
Hi Rachel,As the others on this thread have mentioned, you'll just need to add some custom SFDC fields and let me sync down to Marketo for use in tokens. I just wanted to add that you should be careful about using SFDC formula fields for tokens. For example, I created a custom SFDC formula field cal...
Yep, you can use these tokens:Email Name: {{trigger.Name}} | Email Subject: {{trigger.Subject}}
