Thanks for the help Sanford! I'm only seeing this on iOS 10.2, iPhone 7. My co-worker had the same issue on his iPhone 6, also iOS 10.2 so I'm assuming it has to do with that.

Just tested it with your settings and it did not send to an opted out lead. The "you have chosen to ignore unsubscribe settings" warning should really be removed from the email settings menu if you have "show unsubscribe footer" enabled in the MSI admin.
