Just tested it with your settings and it did not send to an opted out lead. The "you have chosen to ignore unsubscribe settings" warning should really be removed from the email settings menu if you have "show unsubscribe footer" enabled in the MSI admin.

In addition to dynamic content, tokens don't appear to be resolving in the preheader text. Have you all experienced this behavior?
Ahhh I got it now. What would really help is a "Sent From Email Address" token that you could plug into the other email field. I'll keep this in mind and let you know if anything else comes to me.
