By saying uploading new contacts from facebook to smart list what do you mean? How you have generated these contacts/leads?

This is weird behavior. Have you created the ticket to Marketo support team or spoken to them on chat?

Sanford Whiteman, Do you mean even if we forcefully exclude the SFDC sync for group of leads or from any particular form but still if fields used in the form are synced with salesforce then data will sync?

Thanks Sire.. They said as there is not click/load/submit event once data is submitted in Olark so we'll not be able to get that data into marketo form. Which also seems un usual to me because after Olark form, we click on Start Chat button then it starts.
