I don't think there is any bulk export option for this. Only way to get to know all the data types of marketo field is:Click on create field > Then you can see all options in the dropdown and they are:1. Boolean2. Currency3. Date4. Date Time5. Email6. Today I have uploaded the leads with wrong mapping for email address but I noticed all the leads were uploaded having email address blank. Is there any way we can block this type of lead creation?

You can use either token or snippet to include the signature in you email or landing page. If you are using token then you can use rich text token (you can add your own html code here) or create a snippet and include it your piece of content.
