We are running campaigns in multiple countries at same time by using a single form and landing page. We noticed in our database so many leads are filling incorrect mobile number (Almost 25%). Is there any way we can reduce this thing by using input masking?

I don't think there is any bulk export option for this. You can use either token or snippet to include the signature in you email or landing page. If you are using token then you can use rich text token (you can add your own html code here) or create a snippet and include it your piece of content.
